There are many different types of items in Starfield. This compendium will focus on items you can consume, use, or equip with minimal story spoilers. Most of the items listed will be those you can either craft, or can be used as input materials for crafting.

Pharmaceutical items can be used to treat a variety of medical conditions, or to enhance physical or mental performance in some way.

Food and drink items can be consumed to heal, improve oxygen intake, or increase damage resistances.

Spacesuits, helmets, and packs can be worn by the player to provide damage and environmental resistances. Players with the Boost Pack Training skill can make use of boost packs to fly short distances.

There is a wide variety of melee and ranged weapons available. Ranged weapons can be divided into three categories based on the type of projectile: ballistics, laser, and particle beam. They are separately divided by weapon type: pistol, rifle, and heavy.
